What's the shipping costs?
For order amount above HK$100, we offer free delivery via SF Express. Otherwise, an additional HK$20 will be charged for each order.
Is the coffee bean freshly roasted?
Yes, we will only provide coffee beans roasted within 15 days to ensure the best tasting.Â
Do you ship outside Hong Kong?
We can also ship to Macau. The same shipping costs as Hong Kong will be applied, i.e. free delivery for order amount above HK$100, or an additional HK$20 will be charged for each order. If customers require shipping to other countries and areas, please contact us on a case by case basis.Â
When do you ship after successful payment?
We normally ship within 1-4 working days. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday 10am – 6pm, except public holidays.
Can I return if not fit?
For coffee beans, due to food safty concern, it’s not returnable. Please contact us separately if there’s any issue, and we will provide relevant solutions.
For coffee tools & equipment, if you are not sure about the size, please contact us before purchasing. We have 15 days return and refund policy. But if the return is not due to defective product or pre-existing damage, customers will need to send back the products on their own costs.Â
